The hotel room was lovely, with a spacious design and a wonderful bathtub and shower. the breakfast had a large selection of tasty food, with the staff making sure everything was running smoothly. the employees were courteous and always ready to assist with organizing taxis and directions. the hotel is in a convenient location for running events and is very peaceful.
The manager never responded to my inquiry about alternatives to the Executive Lounge closure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a separate shower and bathtub. The hotel had a zen atmosphere and was located only 2 km away from the starting point of the trail run race I participated in. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and the staff were always helpful in arranging taxis and providing directions.

This hotel really fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the spacious and beautifully designed room with its separate shower and bathtub was a real treat. I loved the zen garden area and the incredible breakfast spread with a huge selection.
The only minor issue was that the hotel's bar/lounge area seemed a bit understaffed at times, leading to longer wait times for service.

We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel and enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of food. One of the best aspects of the stay was the hotel's location, which was near the start of a trail run race we participated in. The spacious and beautifully designed room also had a bathtub and separate shower, which was delightful.
We were disappointed to learn that the Executive Lounge was closed despite it being advertised during our booking. The lack of response from the Duty Manager when we inquired about alternatives was also frustrating. The only solution offered was to book a table at the Western restaurant for an additional fee, which was not ideal.

The hotel had a great swimming pool and a succulent buffet dinner for the New Year. The breakfast was also really good with a huge selection available. The staff was very helpful in arranging taxis and finding your way. the hotel's location was very convenient for accessing key areas of the city.
There was a miscommunication about access to the Executive Lounge and the Duty Manager didn't respond to my email. it was a good stay but there were a few hiccups along the way.
